Shipping Delivery Period

At Maly Socks we work to prepare your orders as quickly as possible but we hope you understand that, since we are a very small team, we can take up to 5 business days to prepare and dispatch them. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once orders have been prepared, AVERAGE transit times are as follows:

Continental Portugal - 3 business days

Spain - 4 business days

Portuguese Islands - 7 business days

Europe Zone 2 and 3 - 9 business days

Zone 2 - Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia

Zone 3 - Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Sweden

 

Shipping Costs and Custom Taxes

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and will be presented when you check out your cart and insert your delivery address.

All our products are shipped from Portugal, a European Union member country, so clients with a shipping address in the EU will not have to pay any additional duties. Orders from non-EU countries may have to pay additional import duties or taxes depending on each country, in accordance with the local law. These charges are separate from the order's cost and shipping charge and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon receiving the order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
