Size guide
All our socks provide preventive compression and are not certified medical devices. The level of compression naturally varies depending on the circumference of each user's leg, and is approximately 20–30 mmHg (grade II compression) on a standard-sized leg. Choosing the right size for your compression socks is important to ensure comfort, support, and the correct level of compression.
1. Choose based on your shoe size
| Sock Size | Shoe Size |
|---|---|
| 36–39 | EU 36 to 39 |
| 40–43 | EU 40 to 43 |
2. Between two sizes?
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a tighter fit and more effective compression.
3. Check your calf circumference
If you are unsure about the fit around your calves, measure the circumference of the widest part of your calf.
| Sock Size | Recommended Calf Circumference |
|---|---|
| 36–39 | 35–41 cm |
| 40–43 | 38–44 cm |
How to measure
Measure the widest part of your calf using a measuring tape while keeping your leg relaxed.
